If you want to nit-pick the above phrasing, then fine. You could interpret the above to mean that phase change is part of the 40 years in flash experience that Intel is offering, not that Intel is actually selling their phase change IP.

But I think the quotes I linked to earlier is proof enough that Intel is not selling phase change.
