There is no doubt im my mind that there will be a PR if/when there are more LOIs. We just won't hear about it first from Lowman. I don't think there will be any more LOIs until at least one of the current LOIs are finalized. That way WRNW can use it as an asset for financing.
When the Team announcment came, the PPS went to .016 before the bashers came out.
Also, the letter to shareholders said 6-8 weeks for both Cementer's and Team to finalize. IMO, Cementer's will finalize first and it will be 6-8 weeks for Team.
