Glad to see they are back at it.

I saw drill holes on this since about 1994 or thereabouts and even did some stripping on it with a local contractor. It is a typical green carbonate ore of the Timmins Camp variety. They say it has ounces in it that would support a ramp from the north, to a depth of about 600 feet or better. It is difficult but perhaps not impossible to sink a shaft directly on the ore, but I would dispute the difficulty, as I stood on good rock in the ore zone. It is just that this rock is often surrounded by swamp. The best rock access to this body (they say) is apparently from a zone about 1000 feet north. This is not a show stopper as you have to ramp to depth anyway.

It has some good high grade. it has never been promoted in the conventional sense as the company was always looking for a mining partner. Barrick was the logical choice or Noranda, as they have mills in the area. Few juniors want to build a mill and Moneta never had the stock price for long to issue few enough shares to build a mill and mine complex.

I think it has 600,000 ounces or more, in the inferred category.
