Your agenda driven negative spin is laughable jimmenknee - You go to great pains to parse and spin every word of SEC filings and Press Releases to suit your own questionable purpose. You even resort to outright distortion and misrepresentation of the facts to deceive readers. Example: You posted the following:

"TELA's latest PR is now that they have an agreement in principle only for the opportunity to market a Storm Depot franchise. I see no other interpretation save for the fundamental side to this just got whacked."

This is what the filing really said:

"The Registrant determined to take such action as a result its decision to forgo the acquisition of Eline's Storm Depot International subsidiary and instead pursue opportunities to license the Storm Depot International name logo and related materials from Eline."


You deliberately spun the true statement into one that mistates the facts and falsely presents a limited plan of marketing a single Storm Depot franchise, when the filing clearly states "opportunities to license", as in more than one, not just the single franchise you tried to present.

Your negative agenda is easy to expose. You are not being "helpful" to shareholders by continually distorting information to suit your own agenda.
