Intelligent Sports' Subsidiary Generates $110,000 in Sales at Costco Special Event

Intelligent Sports, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IGTS) is pleased to announce that their wholly owned subsidiary, Global Retail Fitness Concepts, generated more than $110,000 US in revenues over a dual 14-day "Special Event" period at two Costco Warehouses in Canada. More than 75 units of up-market fitness equipment were sold by the "Create Space For Exercise" Kiosks as part of a sales program with Costco Wholesale Canada, Ltd.

Intelligent Sports, Inc. plans to re-launch the "Create Space For Exercise" Kiosk Program through multiple channel opportunities in Costco Wholesale's Canadian Division and in to other retail chains throughout North America during the coming months. The "Create Space For Exercise" kiosk features state of the art equipment for use by the family at home utilizing less than 100 square feet of floor space. This concept provides customers with a customized workout program, nutritional guidance, newsletters and other benefits such as delivery and installation. The program intends to increase unit sales by showing customers how easy and beneficial it is to build their own home gym.

According to the Sporting Goods Manufacturer's Association, there has been an upward trend in purchases of consumer exercise equipment for the past four years, with projected sales of $3.7 billion in 2007. Sales of the "Create Space For Exercise" program have proven particularly effective with the baby boomer generation, which currently consists of 77 million people in the United States.

The kiosks typically appeal to the up-market segment of Costco Wholesale's members, who are older, more affluent and benefit from an ongoing, comprehensive fitness program. Global Retail Fitness Concepts was acquired by Intelligent Sports last week. As part of the agreement, Global Retail Fitness Concepts will benefit from a capital investment plan for expansion and the Companies will share marketing programs and fitness expertise.
