The chart pattern is the most valid part and shows what is really happening with this stock. I cannot believe you guys don't see the huge disconnect between what they say is coming in ad revenues and the fact that, after issuing over 51M shares to 12 employees and consultants, none of those individuals is listed as owning any stock in the last 10K. And judging by the number of shares that traded during the time of the issuances, it was certainly high enough for it all to be dumped on the market. This most made evident by the drop from $0.41 to less than $0.02
If there was so much that is so great coming down the pike, why would all these consultants and so called employees dump all their shares immediately after receiving them? It just doesn't make sense. If any of you has any past experience with Chinese pennies (CHID would be a prime example) it is very normal for them to release great information, issue themselves a huge number of shares and then dump them after the price has been run up. And insiders and affiliates never file to sell, they just sell. They don't seem to have any respect for SEC rules and regs.
