I see a/some stake/s with flagging on them/it in the picture of the open field. Did you happen to see what was written on the stake. If so, please advise. Those stakes may be some indication of close developments. Maybe soil bores or some construction staking. If you could let me know what was written on the stakes I may be able to do some decifering (sp) for the crew.

Also, if indeed the project has gone to permitting phase with the local planning/zonning/engineering governmental agencies there will have been an applicaiton that could be checked on which would be public record. Anyone care to check that out.
