fearfrost ,I see where you are coming from , my friend bought land and wanted to build a house ,the permits are a night mare took him twice as long as he though , now we are talking about permits for a biotechnology company which involves a lot more than a home, and I am sure the reason it's taking so long it involve bio disposal permits and procedures , we are lucky Cytogenix is so close to a waste water treatment facility ,it may be that is why their are other biotechnology companys in the neighborhood .
