Merger or buyout will be a "Russian deal", so AF are perfectly good for this. Even preliminary numbers that we saw in April were widely discussed in Russian press, and nobody had any problems with calculation methods - they paid attention to the substance: revenue, net income, etc. OTOH, "fully reporting" is an "American deal". Maria told me that NWOG is going to hire American accountant firm to help them to bring AF to SEC standards. That's the way many foreign companies do it. I have many examples from Russian practice starting with Aurus, that hired two audit companies for internal (Russian) and external (US) purposes.

I do expect NWOG to become fully reporting this year.
