It looks like he's hired a pump outfit that will make sure this stock shows up in all the paid penny rags, just like the good old days.

As for THPHF being EBIT positive this year, right, sure, and so what? The taxes and latest financing deals will have French reporting multi-million loss for the year, and a massive number of new shares.
