Is Quarterly Earnings news?.....

Surly you jest. To an Investor the 10Q is the only real news a company produces....it is used to measure the forward looking fluff you are calling news!

I would have to agree with you on this 10Q though, the writing was on the wall and as far as missing something...I don't see anyone here post it or pointing it out!

Whoo Hoo 500% gains from nothing that’s great but the return on investment\Profits sucked……..
