i emailed them about the cc and they did confirm the cc and the last email i received from them was on may17

We are still trying to secure a geologist, and the conditions and
recent kidnappings in Colombia is not helping matters. We are able to have
geologists here who are willing to review and analyze data and samples
but not willing to travel there. We will be updating the shareholders
of the conference call and are discussing the best method to do so.
Most likely it will be in the form of an update on our company's website.
We will keep you posted and thank you for your support in MGM Mineral
Resources.
