We do not generally monitor the message boards. The topics covered there are generally the same that are email to us or address in telephone calls we receive, so it becomes somewhat redundant.

The company plans to release its third quarter numbers, and they are expected within the next few days. Their intention is to meet the general deadlines for quarterly reporting, but obviously this quarter would be late at this point.

It is understandable that it will take time for Bruce Ruberg to become familiar with S3's books.

It looks like we may see what the O/S shares of S3 are in the next few days. The 10-Q normally shows the latest share count. GLTA
