Ok, I'll bite...

Pros:
~ The show aired!
~ It was filmed AT a REAL race track.
~ They had their moments, the hosts were prepared for the MOST part.
~ I did start to "bond" with the contestants after awhile.
~ Impressive advertiser line up during the show.
~ And, much to my surprise after seeing the first "Challenge", someone actually got behind the wheel of a REAL race car! (even if he did get lapped 3 times by the pro, and was only going about 40mph, LMAO).
~ They borrowed some good ideas from other shows, such as having "regular" people pump the show on commercial breaks, and whoever is doing their graphics is a real pro.

Cons:
~ The interview portion of the show was choppy and lame, and although they tried to make it look as though these 4 had to be "selected" during this part...THEY WERE THE ONLY CONTESTANTS THERE! So, what the hell was it for? They all got to do the challenges anyway. WTF!?
~ Mega lame 1st and 2nd challenge. ESPECIALLY the first one!
~ Constants were, for the most part, 40's/50's in age. Only one young person,
the girl, who was booted after the two really LAME challenges. Nothing against the older guys, but it should have been more diversified. (Afterall, I'm married to "an older guy" LOL, and he's hot to me :)))). But the viewing demographic counts.
~ There was some great camera work, and then there was some really bad camera work. Like they had pros and novices working together on the production (which was probably the case).
~ They majorly blew it when one of the guys lost and was supposed to "Hit The Road", but then magically appeared in the next challenge...what what what? They tried to cover it with some little comment after the challenge about there being a score dispute, but just a passing comment. It didn't make sense, and looked very ameture, especially because they chose NOT to explain it.
~ It was just sort of choppy, and many aspects seemed low budget, while others didn't. I have this feeling Mr. Roller-Derby is making too many of the decisions and not letting the pros he's hired do what they should be doing; i.e. running the show. He should probably step back and let them handle more of the production (and reshoot what needs to be reshot!), and hire some writers that have experience with this type of show.
~ Oh, and a tiny bit less bra would be nice. No prob with cleavage but c'mon...to her belly button? She looked more like a whore and less like a "sexy" host. Her boobs alone cannot carry the ratings, LOL! (know I'll catch flack for that one)

I'm somewhat optimistic about the show (not that anyone cares :)) But remember, they can get pulled any time from Spike. So I sure hope show #2+ is better than show #1.
