i wasn't aware that the brokers aren't liable if your accouint gets hijacked...

depending on the circumstances of course...

if somebody steals my credit card? or my check card? the bank is liable if i report it in a timely fashion...

the brokers and banks have become so intermingled that i really am not sure how the law looks on hacked brokerage accounts...

i have noticed suspicious trading many times when i am watching the OTC market, and yes i am aware that the brokers suspend certain stocks for this.. it's been going on for quite some time...
