Remember that card game I mentioned a few minutes ago? well, if I were Spooz playing the game and I knew I had the winning hand, I would toss the keys to my Jaguar in the pot just to fatten my stake so I could maximize my take.

Much of the foot dragging comes from Jame Groves. He will not under any circumstances allow even the minutest detail to be released that isn't absolutely perfect, then checked, rechecked and checked again. He is a perfectionist.

And again, it gets back to them knowing what they have. Because of the size of the dynamite case they are sitting on and the shortness of the lit fuse, It makes much more business sense to fund the last remaining moments before launch with dilution as opposed to using an unscrupulous financier. Spooz may be down to their last nickle but they know this is the last hand in the championship game until the big big big money comes a rolln' in. Why show all your cards too soon?
Remember, it's all about timing and the big PR's can start hitting any moment now.
