oil expert, I echo your sentiment. IBIN is a strong buy here. I wonder what has happened over the past few weeks? The fundamentals of this company are absolutely stellar. I've seen no toxic filings or anything like that either. Perhaps that April pump by bowser report just wore out and we're back to Earth and bargain prices! GLTY
