I agree. If there is going to be dilution, not at these prices. But there is still nothing that says there will be dilution at all. Well Renewal will also have the option to sell the unwanted assets of Cementers and Team. Ont he other hand, they will have these two companies as "assets" to aquire attractive financing. Dilution is not the only answer.
