Ah, then the 15% rule is useless. The only way to solve the problem is to use littlefishes idea of using the ask on ALL trades. It makes a lot of sense and I think that many of the big pay contests use it as well. If you would have called your broker this morning and told him to buy your 6 PSL6 stocks at the opening, you would not have got them at the "bid" price. You would have paid the "ask".
