That makes sense. I can't see a reason to bash this one. It is a shell play and when there is a deal it should move up real nice. If someone can't see that then they don't belong on this board.
BTW if we keep slowly moving, we may see .016 or more by Friday. Slow and steady until it pops. JMHO
