and I have said 1000 times already we aren't talking about a transfer agent.. were talking about the public company.

The transfer agent is their agent that may or not disclose to the public based on what they are instructed to do by the company.

However if they are instructed by the company not to disclose information to the public the TA must disclose the number and name of the company Representative..
