that's the one strong point
with PEIX model, they became a reseller first then built their own plants so they have a ready sales channel to sell to. But really, strong demand for the product will cure all. The oil refineries have to love the stuff as it provides them a finished product for a fixed price that they just blend in and resell for a profit.
