"Siam wasn’t going to take ACMG/ARTL(acronym) public"

One PR said that "ARTL" was going to begin trading immediately (which it apparently did not), and there was going to be a 1 to 1 share dividend. Seems to me the implication is that ACMG and "ARTL" are supposed to be public.
