Well, there are only so many people in this business, and only 2 good states to do a 504 in, MN being the current favorite. I know a guy who knows a guy,lol..............and I hear they will be selling about 90mm shares total. Someone needs to liquidate these shares at a proffit to justify the investment. Nobody buys these kind of shares unless they have a iron clad exit strategy..................you can read into it......and plenty of room for guys like us to ride the wave.
