For discussion, putting a value on the dividend of the German shares gives us a reference point.

If everything goes as stated in the PRs, the value of the dividend alone = $0.18 per share of PMCL which you own now.

This suggests that the current pps of PMCL is undervalued at $0.036.

Of course there are a lot of other variables, but this is a reference point.
