QPRC the patents for smart card may be the key to the pps move and what started the move is the up coming news they have had none since 2003 prior to that they had turned down 20 million financing thats whe the stock fell from .60 high to nothing since they have added several new patents on there smart card, 2000 waas to early fro smart cards to go now Bill Gates is speaking we need them now for security.

It's time for QPRC to bring on the smart card, I am holding and a couple 100k since I found out the change, me and only one other person I know of on a msg board has added both of us have owned it for ever , LOL

A stock club could have run with this one and called it a gold stock, maybe later its still thin on the top and should be to at least .06, my greed tells me to hold qprc to .15, I'm not expecting .60, never know where a deal on smart card though could take it , I'm hoping for the best on this that there is a chance that qprc can finally get som action on there patents, they have other stuff but the value will be on there patents.
