Derbenski - PLease give us an idea of where you think this is headed. You have many theories, and some circumstantial evidence. I don't see any hard evidence. Do you have any documents with Well Renewals name on it backing up your theories? I see how you can be suspicious about two companies being sued by the same entity in the same courtroom. But I still don't see anything on paper stating there has been toxic financing, or if in fact there has been, how much. Do you have these documents on hand? If so, please produce them.

Also, I would really appreciate hearing about how your situation fits into this stock currently. I do not believe you own any, or ever had. I guess I'm wondering why you care.
