News is now due for an update to shareholders concerning the following:

1. Reverse merger with Playstar (PLYCF)
2. Conference call to update shareholders on upcoming launches and joint ventures
3. Completed audits report that include outstanding quarters and annual for 2006
4. Status on upgrading NWWV listing with an application to the OTCBB
