that is a temp solution so you can flip out and be on your way. You forgot about the need for real data. a one time div of .005/share on say a billion shares = 5,000,000 bucks. One time will not do anything for the long term, it will just pay off termites that can't wait for the real show. For a div to work it has to be constant. Quarterly div at .005/share = 20,000,000 bucks per year. There goes the growth money.

now $5,000,000 = 250,000,000 million shares off the market at .02 per share. More of a bang for the buck in the long run.

$5,000,000 = a but load of mining equipment

$5,000,000 = new facilities at bestjets

$5,000,000 = half of a new land deal for condos

$5,000,000 = a crap load of new tallent to run divisions

$5,000,000 = 1/2 the price of a drilling company

$5,000,000 = the price of a small delapitated gatherlig sys

$5,000,000 x 2 = 250,000,000 shares off the market @ .04 ave.

Sorry if you are stuck here and have to PUMP the div. but like I care what happens to a flipper.

The day three or more people post their div chks for the perferred then you will know that the last thing you want is a stupid one time div that you can use to lose in another pinkie with some left over for three chicks & bottle of tequila (Tempting as it seems it lasts less than 2 hours, believe me)

I said over a year ago and got bit$hed for this but I will say it again.....

THERE IS NO MIDDLE GROUD HERE, WE EITHER WIN BIG OR WE SUCK THE PIPE.
