Would it change one’s investment strategy if the div’ies, once issued, were restricted and if so what duration is acceptable… one-year, two-year, etc?

I got a gut feel that they will all be restricted so any need to realize any short to shorter term profits remain with Mama NMKT specific, not with the kids.
