The 5 year plan has not happened. Neither has the handing out of the stock dividends. Cost of sales of NMCH was 28 million dolars, leaving a net income barely in the ~$100K area and while NMKT's net income was positive, I would not call it "highly profitable" as the fluff PRs continue to shout.

Meanwhile we have more chiefs being added to the organization and the inability to file on time.

To me these are danger signs and a warning to get out and there are better stocks out there.
