tomvlasic: Thanks for saving everyone here some cash, particularly Divine, and time.

So far no info on what, if any, response Plant (and CyberKey) provided to the court by 5/7 regarding the SEC charges. I'm sure he must have, otherwise the SEC wins here and now.
