virginian: We'll find out soon enough what the lawyer meant. As for Jackson not having a case, I'm not sure. The material was sold to the NJ guy by the bankrupt company's Trustee for the amount of the storage costs that company owned. Unless MJ's stuff was owned by the company, I seriously doubt that Trustee had the right to include that property as part of the sale.

Again, we'll see. It should prove interesting any way it comes down. Guernsey was pretty smart to have live EBay auction action, because people bidding on that site have a tendency to lose control.
