zcooler, let me step in the middle of this .. we all know that 'q's' and 'k's' are for the previous time frame so FOR THE PREVIOUS NINE MONTHS

1. issued 81,652 shares to Tomas Johansen ... those were owed to him for services

2. issued 335,800 shares of common stock .... to settle a liability under a lawsuit

3. issued 25,000 shares of restricted common .... to settle a liability under a lawsuit.

4. 1,650,000 shares of stock in the form of stock options,..... they are options they do have to be paid for, however I will admit a little high considering lack of company profits.

5. pay the sum of $100,000 to the plaintiff. At March 31, 2007 the liability had been settled in full..... settled done!

6. Avalable Cash/Liquidity" which required the Company to maintain $1,000,000 in cash. ..... there will be more on this issue later, it is not a dead issue, it is still open to GAAP interpretation....

Not glossing it over, they are issues, but this is an upstart pinky, not a highly polished nasdaq stock... and certainly not enough to put this company under...
