Just sent an email to IR. Something just isn't right.

It is stated in the PR that Esprit WILL ISSUE restricted shares. It then goes on to say "...as to why Esprit increased the outstaning share structure several months ago.....

Questions
1. Should that have read why Esprit increased the authorized share shructure.....

2. If not then are we to assume that when the new restricted shares are issued then the O/S will rise even more?

Bottom line is if the shares aren't issued yet to Jiangxi, then they shouldn't yet be considered outstanding.
