2C,just a question. Why would Dovgan give the procedural mandate to purchase all the outstanding stock. Surely its the buyer that is the one buying all the outstanding shares of AURC.
Sorry this PR does not make sense. Unless he is telling his legel counsel and accountants to go ahead and buy the outstanding shares because he has already received the money in escrow and the buyer has given him permission to use the money to buy the outstanding.
