Also, there are a few people trying to get in cheap so they are sitting on the bid at .016

Add to that that the MMs are not reflecting all the bids. I have a small order in at .02 but it doesn't show at all. I'm not sure if anyone else has a bid in above .016 too and they just aren't reflecting it.
