As far as I'm concerned the share count is only one of numerous questions about sivc that will never be honestly addressed. Did he think all these concerns would disappear when they adopted their new symbol ? The word " senile " comes to mind, even con men are smarter than this, and I mean that sincerely. The only thing that still puzzles me is the adding of Bruce Ruberg and Manhong Liu to the bod. These seem to be two intelligent respectable people, how did they fall into this ?
