LZ, Re: Airlines Co.s, from hay stack to Heyday?

I agree with you regarding the fact that under the present economic trend, these airlines have sheltered themselves in some form of Chapter-11 "protective bubbles" while re-establishinig a new base. So, the price they have hit may reflect the same, but opposite extreme from their heydays, making these companies potentially lucrative from a long-term investment.

As far as trading these companies underlying stocks, I have not gathered enough information or experience to have the same gestalt or intuition I have with the pinkies. But, now that you raised this topic, may be AI should make a new TA folder in my stockchart piles.

Happy trading.

David,
If you would have tried to buy anything in 2000/20001 when there was the bust...nothing would have technically made sense...but within 2-3 years they are the ones which ahd t he most % gains..AMD was less than 4$..GROW was less than a Dollar..just to name a few
These airline stocks are beaten down..have thier problems..
may be a very nice to pick them up..
the risk to reward ratio is humungus..
just my take..thanks for your comments bro!!
