As I recall, you need 13.5% of shareholders to back you up on your dissatisfaction to get your self a seat on the Company Board...

There was a Christmas list prepared by Dinkie of the longs who sent a card to the management. And I am sure you have enough of the names and e-mails of those longs for you to solicit 20 million shares to back you up...

You can work from within to effectuate the happening of all the things you would like to see happen...
