I have been briefly browsing the posts here and noticed that a few people had mentioned a concern over naked shorts. The question that came to my mind was, what would happen if we were able to get enough people together and each contacted our brokers' and requested that our shares be delivered to us. If I remember correctly they by law have to produce the shares upon request. What would happen when the brokerages couldn't produce the necessary shares? Would they make the people with short positions cover?
