no it doesnt allin, i have been through r/s and i watched my dad go thru it 2x on the same company since he was too hard headed to leave them the first time. both times it slammed back down to .0001.. his 900 bucks is like 9 cents,, as i think they did a 3rd r/s.. he cant sell it.. its 9 cents.. he pays more in the fee.

it doesnt get rid of anyone.

and you cant sell for 3 days after an r/s (according to ameritrade) and it just drops while you watch. helplessly.
