Personally, I like news in the late afternoon. It gives me the evening to put a sell in for opening bell with one stock and then a few minutes later use that cash to buy a stock. I made a killing off of a stock yesterday doing that and that's the only reason I have funds available for my big buy this a.m. Opened up at .009 x .001 so I may have to move the price up a tick within the next hour if it doesn't downtick to pick me up.
