could visit us again. If edig is found in a court of law to have violated their NCA then it could well be that all the revenue from Alitalia and Lufthansa and Malaysia is for naught because it is awarded to digecor.

Read the agreement they signed. I hope to get my lawyer neighbor, a senior partner in one of the top firms in Chicago, to give me his thoughts on the general nature of NCA's in the corporate world shortly to see if the company has any simple "outs" here.

I think I would wait to get too excited about $2.5 million in revenue this quarter (and bash Cassandra for her posts related to this) until all truth is revealed. Certainly the market is not too excited about the pr's when the price is .18 per share.

By the way, where is Chuck? On vacation? Shouldn't he be doing one of his drive by potshots about now?
