it was not meant to poke at wick..if he mentioned a reverse split..i would bank that it was not the type that most would think
when someone comes along and hints of a "hostile takeover"..it's not always to actually do it...and many times...it's just a way of trying to get a point..product..etc...in someones head...push some buttons...and maybe create some havoc..and or noise
the company can do a reverse split(refer to the sb-2).and decrease the outstanding(and even the authorized if need be..unless provision not allowing...usually left alone).......and/or suck up the authorized in a private placement or similar transaction by just issuing shares to the board of directors.

.etc..etc---THEY DO NOT NEED SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL FOR ANYTHING---but the fun thing....is that if these guys want to play...they can create some noise(and gameznflix would have to make it difficult for them)....and cause some disruption..and i am sure this company knows it...so now it's time for a card game....to see if these guys are for real....but i am sure that this company knows who these people are...lol....so i don't care about what svet pretends to be to the public(they are a bunch of ghosts in a good way(imo))...i just want some noise...i think we all need it....because there is no volume here...and 600 million in shares traded is a complete joke at this price level...we need trading dollars how ever we can get it....all of us-----have fun!
