Can you clarify for me what the total out standing shares are along with the current float. Also do you plan in the future to do reverse split on the stock. Thank you

Response: The Pink Sheets website is the best sight to get current information on Authorized, Issued and Outstanding shares. Currently, there are 11 billion shares authorized. Approximately 6 billion have been issued. Management holds roughly 2 billion shares. The outstanding float, which includes both restricted and free trading stock is approximately 4 billion shares. Our best estimates are that 50% of the float is actively trading.

There are no plans to do a reverse split.
