Well, considering what the damages were calculated as in the counter-claim, i don't think Ricky will be able to "settle" anywhere near that number with Nexus Holdings. I'd think the only way to get a nice cash amount out of them is to take them to court and have it go from there. I don't think Nexus would have 100 mil to start with. Take it to court and divide up Nexus's assets or something seems best way for WHKA to maximize what they get out of it.
