Your cartoon is a logo for your business and website where you promote stocks and get reimbursed for your efforts. I think that constitutes a violation of the rules.
I have no preferreds and hope those issued them get to cash them in as they were supposed to.
If you are allowed to advertise your business with the logo in every post anyone else that has a business should allowed to also.
