Once you accept the fact that the company is not designed to succeed, you will better understand why events transpire as they do.

The company at one time owned a extremely valuable asset--the patent rights to the JABRA ear phone technology--whose development was primarily financed by e.Digital shareholders.

Once the JABRA business endeavor was ready to be introduced to the end-market in a serious manner, that asset vanished off the books. The asset was quietly disposed from the company by the same people who run the company today:, Falk and Putnam.

That is to say- if the company were to ever again stumble into a good thing, it would not be operating to the benefit of e.Digital shareholders any longer than shareholder capital was needed to finance the start-up phase.
