JEN SHOULD BE BEHIND A "Tutorial" button"
On the front page, she sould be replaced by ANIMATED MOVING REELTIME LOGO.

Her present intro video-could be available as VISUAL INTRO BUTTON(optional) from front page as well.

and those simple buttons/controls need graphical work.

I like Jen and think Jen should stay, but should be behind a "Tutorial" button. So that when a user clicks the "Tutorial" button, it brings Jen to life. By default I think the new flash video of Jen should be off.
